iPhone 15 Full Screen (Soft OLED) PRIME: Onboard Intelligence & Diagnostic Compatibility
The Soft OLED PRIME full screen for iPhone 15 is our premium compatible screen equipped for Apple diagnostics. Beyond a high-end display calibrated as close as possible to the factory output, it features a programmed original IC (Diagnostic-Ready). The part is designed to communicate with the Apple Repair Assistant and qualify as a 'Genuine Part', whereas a standard compatible screen remains stuck as an 'Unknown Part'. A premium compatible that behaves, on the system side, like a recognised part.
The PRIME Advantage: Diagnostic-Ready and Zero IC Transplantation
PRIME technology is based on an original IC, reprogrammed and factory-soldered. Concretely, it eliminates the riskiest step of a compatible installation on a recent iPhone: the transplantation of the customer's original IC via micro-soldering. What this changes in your workshop:
- Zero micro-soldering, zero IC transplantation: the programmed original IC is already in place. You eliminate 100% of micro-soldering operations and the associated risks (torn ribbon cable, thermal damage, dead IC).
- 'Genuine Part' qualification: in compliance with current iOS protocols, the screen passes the Repair Assistant and qualifies as a 'Genuine Part' in Settings > General > About > Parts and Service History, avoiding the 'Unknown Part' alert.
- Installation procedure on iPhone 15 (important): on this generation, qualification requires transferring the original Sensor Flex from the customer's own phone to the PRIME screen, then launching the Repair Assistant with the assembly installed. No IC transplantation to perform, but the customer's original Sensor Flex remains necessary to validate the diagnostic. The 'Genuine Part' status only appears after launching the diagnostic, never upon simple installation.
- Case of customer Sensor Flex unavailable, faulty or non-original: PRIME qualification on iPhone 15 depends on a functional original Sensor Flex from the customer's phone. If it is damaged, missing or already non-original, there is no valid original Sensor Flex to transfer: the diagnostic cannot validate the part. The screen works normally (display and touch), but remains an 'Unknown Part', and the Sensor Flex remains a component to be treated separately. To obtain a 'Genuine Part' qualification regardless of the state of the customer's phone, opt for the ReLife + Sensor Flex range: it includes its own original Apple Sensor Flex and remains autonomous, without depending on the customer's Sensor Flex.
- True Tone restoration during diagnostic: calibration via the Repair Assistant reactivates the True Tone function in the same pass, without the need for an external programmer (such as JCID or Qianli).
- Operational efficiency: by eliminating micro-soldering, you transform an expert intervention into a manageable and reproducible installation. You secure the ribbon cable, the skilled labour time and, ultimately, your margin.
Hardware Features: The Excellence of 60Hz Soft OLED
Soft OLED technology represents the high end of compatible parts. Unlike rigid panels (Hard OLED) or LTPS, it uses a flexible substrate offering superior visual quality and durability:
- Infinite contrast and absolute blacks: OLED allows individual control of each pixel, ensuring deep blacks, infinite contrast and colour fidelity aligned with original standards.
- Thinness and structural resistance: the flexible substrate (Soft) absorbs daily shocks better than rigid panels. It fits the chassis perfectly, facilitates installation and reduces mechanical stress.
- Native 60Hz refresh rate: optimal touch responsiveness and display fluidity, in perfect accordance with the iPhone 15 technical specifications.
Technical Transparency & Functionality Integrity
The actual state of each function after installation, and the limits to be aware of:
- Sensors and automatic brightness: the structure of this Soft OLED panel allows optimal operation of the ambient light sensor. Automatic brightness is preserved.
- Biometric integrity: full compatibility with the Face ID module is maintained during the transfer of the customer's original top ribbon cable.
- iOS scalability: PRIME recognition is based on a programmed original IC, compliant with current iOS diagnostic protocols. As component history remains managed by Apple, the behaviour of screens with programmed ICs may evolve according to the manufacturer's future update policies. We follow these developments closely.
