16-Piece Full Button Kit for PS5 DualSense Controller (Black) - BDM-030 Version
Description
This 16-piece replacement button kit is a complete technical solution designed for maintenance technicians and PlayStation 5 controller refurbishment professionals. Designed to restore the aesthetic and functional integrity of DualSense controllers, this set addresses premature coating wear, shell scratches, or the breakage of internal mounting tabs, which are common on triggers during intensive use.
Each component is injected in high-density ABS polymer, selected for its resistance to mechanical stress and sweat acidity. Machining tolerances strictly follow original dimensions to preserve the button travel and initial tactile feedback. The L2 and R2 triggers are specifically moulded to fit perfectly onto the haptic feedback mechanism axes unique to the third revision of the controller (BDM-030), ensuring smooth force transmission without parasitic friction against the internal chassis.
The set includes all front and side control elements: the D-pad, the four action buttons (triangle, circle, cross, square), the PS button, the Create and Options buttons, as well as the L1/R1 and L2/R2 trigger blocks. The matt black finish ensures perfect visual consistency for a "factory-fresh" refurbishment or for customising controllers of different colours.

Workshop Advice & Usage
Before any installation, it is imperative to identify the controller's motherboard version. This kit is exclusively compatible with the BDM-030 revision (often identified by changes to the adaptive trigger mechanism and the internal chassis layout). During reassembly, particular attention must be paid to the positioning of the trigger springs and the silicone conductive membranes. Poor alignment of the membrane under the action buttons can reduce the responsiveness of the carbon contact or cause unwanted "double clicks". Ensure that the L2/R2 triggers are perfectly aligned with their sensors so as not to disrupt the variable resistance system.
